In the Western World there has been a history of patriarchal beliefs and stigmas attached to Spiritual gifts. For centuries there’s been a “Hear No Evil, See No Evil, Speak No Evil” approach especially when tied to religious, societal, familial traumas.

 

Being an outlier when it comes to aggressive trauma I’m very familiar with society’s approach to quiet the uncomfortable truth. It has taken many years for me to accept the reality that Survival Mode and Fear of healing was blocking me from truly living. I’m not insinuating that I haven’t gotten by in life by making reasonable choices and everything was unfulfilling, however I recognize that I lost a part of my soul ignoring the deep wound that was never healed. 

It wasn’t until I suffered from the grief of losing my best friend and dealing with a deep depression and simultaneously meeting my Twin flame. My Twin has been the catalyst to my spiritual growth and in return I gained the courage to stand in my Truth.

 

I wanted more out of life and I knew that Survival mode kept me stagnant and veiled. I struggled with not being able to connect with my friend who passed on and was so confused by this overly romanticized connection with my Twin flame that I looked deeper into myself. I recognized that I had been living in my shadows but not embracing it or evolving out of that void.

 

I was lost and desperate for clarity. I meditated with tons of difficulty in the beginning and one day it clicked, I was living in Ego. Ego blocks Us from Unconditional Love, Healthy Boundaries, Integrity and Self Fulfillment. I was determined to find the meaning of my existence.

 

Everyone asks or wonders “Why am I here, What’s my purpose?” And with tons of shadow work and inner self reflection, I found the courage to invest the time and energy to align to my soul purpose. I have the Divine gifts of Order and Compassion and my purpose is to help heal the collective and teach others the importance of loving themselves. Healing is a process that never ends but getting over the fear of recognizing it, is half the battle.
